ใครได้ผ่านมาแถวๆ Fwy 405 ลง Olympic หรือกำลังเข้าไปที่ LAX Airport ลองแวะมาทาน ก๋วยเตี๋ยวญี่ปุ่นที่ร้าน Chabuya ของที่ผมชอบมีอยู่สองอย่าง อย่างแรก ที่อยู่ในรูป Shrimp Ibushi อันนี้เป็นบะหมี่แห้งกุ้ง มี bacon นิดหน่อย กระเทียมเจียว มีรสชาติที่เข้มข้นของน้ำสลัดญี่ปุ่น ไม่แนะนำให้ปรุงนะครับ เพราะว่าอร่อยอยู่แล้ว ขอบอกว่าทานแล้วคิดถึงบะหมี่หมูแดงทองหล่อเลยละ พูดแล้วคิดถึงบ้าน

จานที่สองเป็น Kara Kara บะหมี่น้ำญี่ปุ่น เค้มๆ เพ็ดๆ ก็อร่อยดี อันนี้ไม่มีรูปครับ

Go’s Mart amazing sushi that you’ll never forget…

I was looking for a sushi place one evening on Yelp! and found a place with a perfect reviews so I wanted to see if this place is really up to the hype. Link to Yelp and here are some of the reviews:

I have a very, very spoiled palate thanks to this man. Love him to death. Going on 20 years of eating from him. I understand his critics, but that’s just not been my experience. 5 stars.

20 years! This place must be good right? so I give it a try… the place only fit 7-8 people at the sushi bar. The light is white and bright but never judge the book by its cover. The sushi flavor is just amazing, the sweet flavor of the fish combine with salty flavor of fresh rock salts, some splash of lemon and herbs. It is the most amazing flavor that can give you a food orgasm (not try to be a pervert or anything, but that is the best word to describe this food). As you can see this is not a traditional sushi but it is the one and only sushi that you will never ever experience anywhere else. All you have to do is say “Omakase” and open your wallet.

All can I tell you is, if you every want a great, amazing, flavors explode in your mouth, this is the place. I been going here for 1 years now and I wish I could found this out sooner. So I am here to call out upon sushi lovers, this is the one!
